The Trufrost SPC 12 ice cream scooping freezer is a serving station, not storage. It holds 12 stainless steel pans at -18°C to -25°C, lit from inside the cabinet and along the front glass, so the colours do the selling.

The details that matter to whoever is actually working it: there is a sneeze guard over the pans, a service platform at the rear so your staff has somewhere to set cones and scoops, and a separate storage section underneath accessible from the back. That storage is the difference between restocking mid-rush and running out of a flavour at 8pm.

70mm insulation and 480 litres of effective volume. It draws 370W, runs on a normal single phase socket, and pulls 2.0A, so no special electrical work.

It comes in one size, 1665mm wide. If you need more than 12 flavours you run two units side by side.
