Order Processing
All orders are processed within 5 to 10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
We have commercial products ranging from 1 kg to 1000kgs of weight. The product delivery can take from 2 to 30 days. Delivery time largely depends on the factors like product availability, order quantity, shipping location.
Shipping Costs
IMPORTANT: Shipping and Additional costs (Packaging and Installation Changes) are not included at the time of checkout. Buyer will have to pay the actual amount separately before or at the time or shipping.
Shipping Cost depends on Shipping distance, Shipping Mode, Shipping Speed.
All the product prices displayed on the website (www.unifrostindia.com) are exclusive of GST, Shipment, and product packaging costs.
Our sales representatives will contact you after order confirmation. They will let you know about the calculated shipping and additional charges (Packaging and Installation Changes) based on shipping distance, mode, speed, and Product packaging.
Buyers have the option to pay shipping and additional charges at the time of product delivery or before product shipment (through digital methods, e.g., Credit Card, Debit Card, UPI, PayPal).
Order will be shipped after the buyer agrees to pay shipping and additional charges (Packaging and Installation Changes).

Unifrost website has commercial products ranging from 2 kg to 500kg, so we have divided the products into two weight categories:
- Light Products (From 0 to 68 kgs)
- Heavy Products (68 kgs and above)
Light Products
Light Products are shipped our favored shipping services. Some of them are:-
- Indian Postal service
- DHL Express Pvt. Ltd.
- Blue Dart Express Ltd.
- FedEx India
Choice of the selected shipping service depends on the shipping time, shipping cost, and distance.
Heavy Products
Products above 68 kg in weight are considered heavy products. Heavy Products are shipped using private transportation methods. The choice of private transportation method and vehicle size will depend on the product’s dimensions, quantity, and shipment location.

We do not manufacture the products. We sell commercial kitchen equipment and are the authorized dealers of the manufacturing companies.
Do you maintain inventory/stock of your own?
We manage the inventory on our own.
Do you have formal tie-ups with any supplier or manufacturer for sourcing products?
Yes, We have formal tie-ups with the suppliers. We are authorized to sell products from top brands like Celfrost, Houno,Toastmaster, La Cimbali, Hamilton, Elan Pro, PITCO.
