The Trufrost DTF range is a compact desktop scooping display, an elegant glass lid over a stainless steel base housing the refrigeration, aided by strong hydraulic hinges so the lid lifts easily for restocking.

The DTF 3 (Black) is the smaller flat-glass model, 3 pans, holding -16°C to -18°C. The DTF 4 Premia is the 4-pan flat-glass version at a deeper -18°C to -22°C. The DTF 4 Neu holds the same capacity and temperature as the Premia but with a curved glass lid, a design choice rather than a functional one, and stands slightly taller as a result.

All models come loaded for 5L pans but can flex to GN 1/6 pans (not supplied) if you want to display more flavours in the same footprint. All are LED lit for a bright, appealing display.

These can sit on a counter or be planned as a drop-in, and suit outdoor catering and buffet self-service as well as a fixed parlour counter.

Who it suits: ice cream parlours, gelato counters, outdoor catering and buffet operations needing a self-service scooping display.

Unifrost India has supplied commercial refrigeration across India for close to 20 years. We help you match the right capacity to your actual load rather than overselling you a bigger cabinet, and we back every unit with after-sales support and pan-India delivery.
