The Trufrost PS Premia prep counter differs from the standard SH range in two ways: it runs smaller GN 1/6 pans rather than GN 1/3, suited to fine-portioned toppings and garnishes, and it adds insulated lids over the pan wells, which hold the chill in when the lid is down between orders.

The PS 200 Premia is the 2 door model, 240 litres, static cooling, for 5 GN 1/6 pans. The PS 300 Premia is the 3 door model, 392 litres, static-with-fan cooling, for 8 GN 1/6 pans. Both use GN 1/1 shelving per door underneath the prep deck.

Refrigerant differs between them: the PS 200 runs R134a, the PS 300 runs R290. Both hold roughly +2°C, the PS 200 up to +10°C and the PS 300 up to +8°C.

Who it suits: pizzerias, sandwich and salad bars, dessert stations and any prep line using smaller, more numerous toppings rather than a few large pans.
