The Trufrost CHC 540 cold banqueting cart is built to solve a specific banqueting problem: food prepped well ahead of an event needs to stay chilled and organised until service, then move to wherever service is happening without losing temperature along the way.

It holds 540 litres across 20 positions for GN 2/1 pans behind a single solid door, on wheels so it can be loaded in the kitchen and rolled directly to the banquet floor for connection to power at the service point.

It holds 2°C to 8°C on R600a refrigerant, rated for ambient up to 40°C, with 60mm insulation to hold temperature during the move between kitchen and service area.

Who it suits: hotels, banquet halls, catering companies and any operation prepping food ahead of an event and moving it to a separate service location.
